National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a not-for-profit public limited company incorporated on July 31, 2008 under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (corresponding to section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013). NSDC was set up by Ministry of Finance as Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. The Government of India through Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) holds 49% of the share capital of NSDC, while the private sector has the balance 51% of the share capital.

NSDC aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. Further, the organisation provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable a support system which focuses on quality assurance, information systems and train the trainer academies either directly or through partnerships. NSDC acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing funding to enterprises, companies and organizations that provide skill training. It also develops appropriate models to enhance, support and coordinate private sector initiatives. The differentiated focus on 37 sectors under NSDC’s purview and its understanding of their viability will make every sector attractive to private investment.

The National Skill Development Mission was launched on 15th July, 2015 with the objective to provide overall institutional framework to rapidly implement and scale up the skill development efforts across India. The Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, through the National Skill Development Corporation ( NSDC ), has taken up multiple initiatives to connect with industries for partnership under the larger Skill India Mission. NSDC has a single-window facilitation system that offers a unique platform for the industries to partner on various such initiatives. NSDC works with diverse set of stakeholders such as Corporates, Foundations, Government and Community based Organisations in structuring high impact collaborative skill development projects.

Manthan is a digital platform initiative led by the office of PSA, GoI. Launched on August 15, 2022, by Prof Ajay Sood (current PSA). The platform facilitates calls for early innovation/industry R&D/ innovation challenges /mentorship programs and other science and technology interventions.

The Dalmia Bharat Foundation, DBF, is a registered not-for profit organization set up under the Indian Trust Act, 1882.The Foundation was set up in 2009 to expand the programmes and projects of the Dalmia Bharat Group’s CSR division. Give Grants was created in 2022 when Give acquired the CSR tech platform and team from Goodera. Give had over a decade of experience managing workplace giving for some of India's largest organizations, and had collaborated extensively with the CSR ecosystem for Covid relief. Breakthrough works with adolescents between 11-18 years through its gender equity curriculum “Taaron ki Toli" (Gang of Stars), imparted in both government schools and communities, and with youth between 19-25 years and empowers them to create enabling environments for themselves and their peers.

The programme has now been scaled up by partnering with the State Education Departments of Punjab and Odisha.

The Kalgidhar Society, Baru Sahib, a trailblazing rural educational chain in north India, has left an indelible mark on society through its remarkable commitment to empowerment and education. With a network of 129 schools, 2 universities, 1 woman empowerment center, and 2 drug de-addiction centers, their impact on rural education and women's advancement has been nothing short of phenomenal. Equally noteworthy is the unwavering emphasis on women's empowerment. The Kalgidhar Society has spearheaded initiatives that break down barriers and promote gender equality. By instilling self-belief and offering equal opportunities, they have empowered countless women to unleash their full potential and become change-makers in their own right. Dedicated University and teacher training centers for Girls and providing them with job opportunities have helped in uplifting equality and empowerment.

Sambhav Foundation, is a not-for-profit organisation that envisions a more equitable future, where everyone has a chance to prosper. It is committed to changing the lives of women, youth, and the intellectually challenged by empowering them with skills and linking them to sustainable livelihoods. Its goal is to change lives at scale by improving education, building skills, uplifting through employment and entrepreneurship. Leading women to a life of greater financial and personal independence, and enabling an inclusive and accepting future for the intellectually challenged, are key focus areas at the foundation. Sambhav’s interventions also cover ensuring health and well-being, extending last mile reach of healthcare, building infrastructure for quality education and community living, providing environmental stewardship, and enabling access to affordable financial services to members of the community. IIT Mandi iHub and HCI Foundation is a Technology Innovation Hub (TIH). It is focused on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). The Hub was incorporated on 24th September 2020. It is set up by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi under India’s National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS). The iHub is planned to make India a leader in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) research in the world. Smile Train India is a children's charity with a sustainable approach to a single, solvable problem: cleft lip and palate. In India, 35,000+ babies are born with clefts, every year, and hundreds of thousands of children with untreated clefts not only live in isolation, but more importantly, face physical difficulty in eating, breathing and speaking. Most do not go to school and seldom find jobs.

Cleft surgery is safe and the transformation is immediate. Smile Train India empowers local doctors and medical professionals with training, funding and resources to provide free cleft surgery and comprehensive cleft care to children in their own communities. We advance a sustainable solution and a scalable health model for cleft treatment, drastically improving children’s lives.

Through a nationwide network of 160+ partner hospitals, more than 5,50,000 free cleft surgeries have been supported since the year 2000. Making this possible are our individual and corporate donors and partnerships with various state governments under RBSK, Border Security Force (BSF) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), among others.

ABMSS is a nationwide charity with a focus on cleft care operating since 2015. The core philosophy at ABMSS is that no cleft child remains untreated and must be provided safe and quality care. The organization was founded by Dr Dushyant Prasad, an international healthcare and non profit professional. Unlike Just galvanizing resources for surgery of patients who cannot afford surgery, the thought process runs much deeper- that is the outcome of the surgery is assessed by a well experienced medical team, costs related to the surgery are controlled and safety & quality are ensured. While doing this, our next step is to ensure that the patient / beneficiary is heard and counselled about the journey of care. The work at ABMSS is broadly divided into four main programmes:- Gifting Smiles : Free cleft lip & palate surgeries at over 36 hospital locations across India. In addition, 6 full fledged comprehensive cleft care centres that offer the entire spectrum of cleft care free of charge. Skill Drill : A programme to exchange knowledge among surgeons and other medical professionals and provide upskilling workshops for the latest nuances in cleft care. SafeT in the OT : to advocate and ensure safe surgery by providing capacity building in terms of operating theatre infrastructure. ClefTech : enhancing innovation and employing low cost tech driven medical systems and equipment to help improve delivery of care. Over 4,000 free surgeries are performed on a yearly basis and have in total supported around 30k free surgeries.

ARMMAN is non-profit leveraging mHealth technology to create scalable, cost-effective, equity-based, and gender-transformative, systemic solutions to reduce maternal and child mortality and morbidity in India.

We leverage deep mobile penetration to provide weekly preventive care information to women during pregnancy and infancy, along with training health workers and supporting systems for early identification, referral, and timely treatment of risk factors, resulting in improved health outcomes. We create at-scale programs with proven impact by using our unique “tech plus touch” model and building enduring partnerships (with national & state governments, partner NGOs, and health facilities) that leverage existing health worker networks and health infrastructure. Along with other programs, we are implementing the largest mobile-based maternal messaging program (Kilkari) and the largest mobile-based training program for health workers in the world (Mobile Academy) in partnership with the Government of India.

Interventions implemented by ARMMAN have reached 28 million women and their children and trained 244,000 health workers in 20 states, with plans to expand pan-India to reach 70 million women and their children and train 850,000 health workers by 2030.
