Karadi Path Education Company Pvt. Ltd.
Karadi Path Education Company Pvt. Ltd. was founded with the mission to ‘provide high impact low cost programs, to deliver English proficiency to children and adults through the indigenously developed Karadi Path methodology’. The company has been in the forefront of and has been singularly focused on researching and developing innovative products and pedagogies to aid learning in the classroom.
Increasing demand for English skills has led to the early introduction of English in many Indian schools, even those in English deprived areas. However, many children and teachers struggle with English simply because of lacunae in the current practices in English teaching. They fail to adequately address one of the most fundamental requirements of language development: comprehension.
Karadi Path has developed a comprehension driven approach that mimics the way one learns their mother tongue or any other language naturally from the environment. This methodology is the result of more than 20 years of research and experimentation on how language is acquired naturally and intuitively. Karadi Path magic English SLL is specifically designed for students from the bottom of the pyramid segment, where their exposure to English is minimal as the environment doesn’t support English and teachers themselves have limited proficiency in English.
Karadi Path won the Sankalp Award 2014 in Education category and ET Stars of the Industry Award 2018 for Most Innovative Company (For Excellence in Education). We are also the recipients of grants from USAID’s READ Alliance, as part of their Early Grade Reading Innovation Challenge 2014, and Millennium Alliance Award 2018. HarvestPlus
When two billion people lack essential vitamins and minerals, both the individuals and the world as a whole suffer the consequences of that hidden hunger. A world in which a third of the population struggles to be healthy and productive misses out on the fruits of that unrealized potential. Hidden hunger amplifies the material and psychological burden on individuals and societies for generations to come.
At HarvestPlus, they believe that hidden hunger should not be inevitable for the people most at risk. They break down silos between agriculture and nutrition to develop creative solutions to hidden hunger. Their food-based approach targets some of the most vulnerable populations around the world. Their vision is a world free of hidden hunger.
They believe that hidden hunger can be solved by actively adding micronutrients to the diets of those who are deficient. With their partners, they develop new, more nutritious varieties of staple food crops that provide higher amounts of vitamin A, iron, or zinc—three of the micronutrients identified by WHO as most lacking in diets globally. They use a process called biofortification, which adopts conventional breeding to improve crops. Our innovative approach complements other nutrition interventions, and is evidence-based, cost-effective, and sustainable. Their mission is to work with partners to tackle hidden hunger on a global scale by breeding vitamins and minerals into everyday food crops. Together, they build sustainable food systems and bridge the gap between agriculture and nutrition.
Their goal is to reach 20 million farming households with biofortified nutritious foods by 2020. By strengthening their partnerships and delivery efforts, they are confident that they can reach 1 billion people with biofortified foods by 2030.

Track Your Metrics
Outline India is building a ~0 unit cost impact metric building tool, "Track Your Metrics" that seeks to automate assessment for millions of cash strapped small NGOs with no research capacity along with helping big donors gauge impact created by grantees.
Most funders want their money spent on social programs, evaluations to track progress are conducted once a year, if at all. Audits and evaluations are expensive. This means grantors grantee engagement based on data points, is restricted to once a year, if at all.
At the other end, millions of not-for-profits across the developing world are cash strapped, lack research capacity and technical know-how. If they don’t prove their worth, their reach stays small, and they don’t get funded. This is a problem true and valid for NGOs across developing countries.
We think Track your metrics is that clean, simple solution that can disrupt this space!
