Ms. Kamal Gaur is a development sector professional with M.Phil degree in Social Work from University of Delhi. She is currently working as Deputy Program Director - Education in Save the Children. She has 28 years of experience in Education planning, management, appraisal, evaluation and administration ranging from Primary Education to the Higher Education sector. She has relevant experience of working with international donors, private sector, academic institutions and other grass-root level organization on large scale projects. Amit Kumar Singh is an agribusiness and market development expert with more than 20 years of experience conceptualizing and executing agriculture and livelihoods development programs in a wide range of value chains. He has been phenomenal in providing team leadership and direction for Tanager’s portfolio of supply chain strengthening activities, with a focus on women and landless farmers in India. Amit has dedicated his career to strengthening communities and has been responsible for projects that organized more than 100,000 small holder farmers into self-help and producer groups. Amit has also developed an expertise of conducting large-scale research studies, including baseline and end-term assessments for USAID, DFID, the Ford Foundation, and UNIDO, among others with a passion for developing new tools using Participatory Rapid Appraisals (PRA). Being the Country Representative of Tanager in India, Amit is responsible for designing and executing several projects which changed the lives of smallholder farmers and women across states like Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat and Odisha. Mr. Sharma joined the Board of Samunnati’ Agro in May 2021. He was the founder-CEO of Kamatan, an agri-tech start-up launched in 2018 to create an inclusive supply chain by integrating farmers with markets. Kamatan works with various stakeholders of the agriculture value chain including farmers, FPOs, Mills and Agri-Enterprises. It is now a group company of Samunnati. Praveshji is also the Chair of the Steering Group of the National Association of Farmer Producer Organisations (NAFPO), a platform created to build awareness for issues related to FPOs. She held senior positions in Standard Chartered Bank (India and China), General Electric (GE) Countrywide, FIAT India Limited before transitioning to the Social Development Sector and Corporate Social Responsibility. She strongly believes that collectively, we can make an impact to better the socio-economic environment and create an equitable, inclusive, progressive society.
Ms. Sushama Oza is the Advisor for CDMC-MICA. She retired on December 31, 2019 as a Director, Strategy & Sustainability at Adani Foundation, Ahmedabad. She was also the CEO of Adani Foundation from May 2007 to October 2014 and has been playing a pivotal role in shaping the CSR for Adani conglomerate for more than thirteen years. She has represented the organization at many national and international forums. Ms. Oza has over 37 years of experience in the development field, out of which 21 years have been as head of the organization in India and USA. She has strategized and spearheaded projects in sectors of education, community health care and sustainable livelihood development. She has led several capacity building programs all over India in the field of CSR. Before retirement she was spearheading two centre of excellence projects Swachhagraha and SuPoshan which were being implemented nationwide. She continues to support Sustainability efforts and reporting as part of Sustainability leadership committees and as a consultant for Adani Group of companies for Sustainability and CSR. She is also on the boards of a not for profit organization and for profit companies.

Anurag Saxena, Chief Operating Officer, EasyGov and Co-founder, Digital Economy Foundation Anurag is Chief Operating Officer of EasyGov, a subsidiary of Jio Platforms Limited. EasyGov is a GovTech startup focussed on technology-led citizen empowerment. EasyGov platform leverages Artificial Intelligence to design a progressive family-centric welfare model based on preferences, needs, and socio-economic status. The clients include Government of Karnataka, Government of Chhattisgarh, Government of Tripura, Government of Bihar, MyGov (Government of India), and Reliance Jio. Anurag is an alumnus of NIT Trichy, IBM, PwC Consulting, Accenture Strategy, and MicroSave Consulting. Senior Professor and Director, International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS-TIFR)
Prof. Rajesh Gopakumar is a theoretical physicist who is Senior Professor and Director of the International Centre for Theoretical Sciences (ICTS-TIFR). He did his undergraduate studies at IIT-Kanpur and received his PhD from Princeton University in 1997 with Nobel Laureate David Gross. After a few years of postdoctoral research at Harvard University, he returned to India. He is the recipient of the B.M. Birla Science Prize in Physics in 2004, the ICTP Prize in 2006, the Swarnajayanti Fellowship in 2006, the Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar Award in 2009, the GD Birla Prize in 2013 and the JC Bose National Fellowship in 2015. He is a founding member of the Global Young Academy and was elected the Fellow of The World Academy of Sciences in 2015. He is also a Fellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences, the Indian National Science Academy (INSA) and the National Academy of Sciences, India (NASI). In 2019, he received IITKanpur" Distinguished Alumnus Award.

T.R. Ramadas is Professor Emeritus at the Chennai Mathematical Institute and Chair of the Apex Committee of the National Centre for Mathematics, IIT, Bombay. Earlier he has been Professor at TIFR, Bombay, and Head of Mathematics at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics, Trieste. He is a Fellow of the Indian National Science Academy and the Indian Academy of Sciences, a recipient of the Bhatnagar Prize, and a J.C. Bose Fellowship. He is currently a Member-at-Large of the Executive Committee of the International Mathematical Union.

With his previous employer Hivos Netherlands, Salim played a key role in building and supported Hivos Netherlands impact financing portfolio of financial services and green entrepreneurship and other verticals. Salim joined CIIE.CO in 2014 and in 2016 was assigned task of starting a new Practice Area of generating resources/catalytic capital for fostering entrepreneurship especially from corporates. Under his stewardship `USD $25mn * has been catalyzed from corporates and DFI’s for early stage technology ventures coming out of India and addressing global opportunities. Chintan Bakshi is Partner | Incubation at CIIE.CO (www.ciie.co) India’s leading startup incubation centre, leading the regional incubation vertical at the organization. Chintan brings a unique experience of starting and scaling social enterprises and tech start-up companies primarily in the rural / Bottom of the Pyramid (BoP) space. Chintan has 6 years of project management experience in companies like Feedback Ventures, Maruti Suzuki and the Taj Group and 19 years of startup founder and startup incubation experience. Chintan has co-founded two startups in the past - an electronic procurement platform in 2001 and a mobile-enabled rural distribution startup in 2006. Chintan joined CIIE.CO in 2013 to lead the incubation vertical of the organization based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Chintan is an Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Chintan is passionate about the adaption of experiential/alternative education systems and the revival of Indic and indigenous knowledge and spiritual traditions of India.
Madhura is a Corporate Social Responsibility Expert with 15 years of experience Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and volunteering. At present she is the Head CSR at Bajaj Electricals Ltd., where Corporate Responsibility encompasses Sustainability, Diversity, Volunteering and Community Investment Initiatives and reports to the CMD. Her previous experiences include working and consulting Investment Bank, Media House and other corporates on CSR. She started her career by working at the Grassroots with national and international Non Profit Organizations of repute and gained expertise in her domain through the body of work spread over one and a half decade. She is invited as a subject matter expert and is a distinguished speaker. She has won several accolades and awards such as the most talented CSR leaders and most Impactful leaders at the World CSR Congress 2015 & 2016. Under her leadership Bajaj Electricals Ltd. has won the CSR Leadership Award.
Monika Jain is a corporate responsibility specialist with over 8 years of experience in various leadership roles. She currently heads Corporate Social Responsibility for Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO) – a Vedanta Group Company. BALCO’s CSR extends to over 120 villages in 3 Districts of Chhattisgarh, with programs across the domains of agriculture, skilling, health including menstrual health, women’s empowerment, etc. Monika is also a part of the Executive, Ethics & ESG Committee of BALCO. Prior to BALCO, Monika was Lead CSR Governance, Early Childhood Care and Monitoring & Evaluation at Hindustan Zinc Limited. In this role, a key project that she designed and led was "Khushi" – the largest such Public Private Partnership (PPP) program in the country in the early childhood care area. This program (done in partnership with the ICDS Department and non-profits) sought to improve the functioning of 3000+ Anganwadis in 2800 villages across 5 districts of Rajasthan, impacting the lives of over 1 lakh children and their mothers. Over the last few years, she has done focused work on CSR Governance, design of effective CSR programs, developing monitoring and measurements systems for CSR projects and forging strong partnerships.

Provided academic support to 21 National Focus Groups which provided inputs for formulation of the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) - 2005 in India. He has also worked towards creation of e-groups, blogs, forums, events and courses to help teachers and students in cooperative and collaborative learning.
