About the Facilitator:

Robin Dhanwani: Founder & CEO, Parallel and advisory committee member for UX4Gov
Robin Dhanwani is the Founder & CEO of Parallel, a product design studio based in Bengaluru, India. Since founding Parallel in December 2013, he has focused on creating impactful digital products by blending creativity and reality. His journey into design was inspired by the book "Don't Make Me Think" by Steve Krug, which motivated him to switch to the design field and eventually establish one of India's early product design studios.
Under his leadership, Parallel has collaborated with over 100 companies, including prominent names like Meta, Delhivery, Xto10X, UrbanPiper, and many others. Robin has also played a significant role in designing key government technology platforms like Digilocker, Co-Win, and NDAP, working with organizations such as Digital India Corporation, NITI Aayog, NIC, and the World Bank.
